The Secretariat Lead, Global HBCC Alliance, serves as the Secretariat Lead for the Global HBCC Alliance. This role anchors the Alliance through coalition‑building, strategic leadership, facilitation, and Secretariat governance — ensuring coherence, legitimacy, and alignment across Members.

The Senior Associate will support the operationalization and strengthening of the National Association of Home-Based Childcare (HBCC) Providers. This role is suited to a highly proactive and dependable professional who is passionate about working with women-led and community-based groups, and who can help translate vision into practical systems, coordination, and outputs.
