NurtureFirst developed a HBCC systems map which provides a visual analysis of the various stakeholders and their interactions within Kenya's Home-Based Child Care (HBCC) ecosystem. The map focuses on identifying the key stakeholders in the HBCC ecosystem, understanding their roles and the power dynamics between them, and recognizing the challenges and barriers they face in driving positive change in the HBCC ecosystem. Additionally, the map highlights potential system levers that can shift and improve the ecosystem, offering insights into how to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of HBCC in Kenya.
